I can offer appointments in diverse ways to suit most clients.
My private practice is based in the Hillmorton area of Rugby, Warwickshire. The exact location details will be provided when in-person appointments have been arranged.
In addition to providing face-to-face appointments, I also offer remote counselling either by telephone or online so I can reach different clients across the UK. Please contact me to find out more about how remote counselling works
I offer appointments in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
My counselling sessions are 50 minutes in duration and usually take place on a weekly basis.
Fees vary depending on the delivery method. In-person appointments are £55.00 per session and telephone and online counselling appointments are £50.00 per session.
I accept payment in cash (if seeing you in person), by bank transfer and I accept card payments. I have an online booking and payment system.
Before any appointments are arranged, I will liaise with you first to understand the reasons you are thinking of coming to counselling to ensure I am the right counsellor to help.
If I am not the right counsellor for you, I will say and will point you in the right direction of where to find a suitable counsellor who may better suit your needs.

I know (from my own experience) speaking to a stranger about your problems can be scary, but do not worry, I will put you at ease and will ensure you feel safe to talk. All I ask is…I can be me, and you can be you!
